The programme is international and interdisciplinary covering art, design and popular culture. The emphasis is on curatorial experimentation, the exposure of process and ideas, and re-readings of artworks and archives and their re-presentation for contemporary audiences. A space is a platform for discussion and questions rather than definitive answers.

After four years art training Mari worked as illustrator before painting and travelling widely. Singapore, Thailand, India, Mexico and many European countries. Italy including Venice and Tuscany have also inspired this artist.India also gave her the opportinity to develop an energetic style of brushwork that has transformed her canvases. Mari works from home in London but manages to spend most winters on warmer climes. Mexico, where she spent two winters recently inspired some colourful images. She has worked as artist-in-residence in Bangkok ( four times) in an international school and at a school in North London.
Having organised her own exhibitions in the past she is now looking towards finding galleries to support her and finding organisations and companies to commission artwork.
The huge pleasure of brushing paint onto canvas, or covering paper with washes of watercolour, are what motivates this artist, and it is apparent to the viewer that she enjoys what she does immensely and her paintings speak for themselves.
