Kinetica aims to actively encourage the convergence of art and technology, providing an alternative platform to static traditional forms of art such as painting and sculpture. Kinetica champions artistic innovation of all kinds and showcases work which explores the interwoven complexities between scientific developments and the human condition. Our vision is to create both a historical and contemporary art collection of seminal and cutting-edge multi-disciplinary works that date back from the 1950s through to the present day, focusing on the pioneering and influential importance of such works.
Kinetica Museum successfully established itself as one of London's premier artistic centers and received international recognition for its dynamic series of exhibitions, workshops, performances and artist talks. Kientica opened their now closed gallery space in Spitalfields Market in October 2006 where some of the most important examples of kinetic, technological and electronic art, both past and present were showcased through seven major exhibitions.
Kinetica Museum now curate shows all over the world, and collaborate with numerous arts organisations on their interim exhibitions. Our main event is the annual art fair in London, which takes place in February each year at Ambika P3, on eof London's most celebrated and exciting exhibition venues.

My work is a fusion of science and mysticism.
I am London-based artist working mainly in oils and directly influenced by my environment; from the Pacific light of my childhood in New Zealand to my current location on Eel Pie Island. The island is surrounded by trees and the daily tidal fluctuations energise this historic location, but it is a poem by Robert Graves about a mystical forest which inspired the 'Forest Series'.
Throughout my career I have placed myself in a series of unusual locations in order to stimulate my imagination, these have included a Space Research Lab. a Victorian church in London, an ancient Dominican Priory in Kent, empty shops, a canal house on a Thames-side dock yard and most recently the National Physical Laboratory in London, where I responded to the images scientific research by using photography and mixed media.

The website shows figurative sculptures, mostly in wood, ranging from semi-abstract nudes to interpretations of bible scenes.
Also there are pages which give some insight into the processes and tools used. Sculpting in wood is very different from sculpting in clay or plaster, but I feel the end results are worth the extra effort. Nicely finished wood just begs you to touch it, and the grain patterns can add a whole new dimension to the form.
Even if you're not interested buying original artworks, I hope you will find something of interest in the galleries.
The Gallery presents between five and seven curated mainspace shows each year. In addition there are two parallel programmes: 24 SEVEN and 'A One Night Stand with....'
Tenderpixel is a cutting-edge contemporary art gallery located in central London. Most gallery exhibitions provide the artist with their first solo show in London, and a major component of Tenderpixel's remit is that work showcased in the gallery be original, and previously unexposed. Despite the gallery's small and pixel-sized space, it maintains a uniquely experimental and 'tender' world view, aimed at supporting emerging talent and contributing to London's cultural ecosystems.
Tenderpixel is a creative platform for emerging artists and designers and we regularly host artists talks, film screenings, and workshops. The gallery has partnered with both the London Design Festival and Rushes Shorts Festival for three years running; Tenderpixel's sibling product store, Tenderproduct (opened in 2009), maintains Tenderpixel's ethos and supports emerging artists and designers by providing a commercial platform to present and market their latest works.
