Our dedicated team of skilled makers offer instruction at a ratio of no more than three pupils per tutor – so you can be sure of individual attention and impressive results.
During the course you will be introduced to techniques such as:
• Gathering molten glass from a furnace,
• Shaping and working the glass using a variety of tools,
• Working with glass colours,
• Blowing a glass vessel.By the end of the course, we expect you to have made several pieces, usually including a paperweight, a small sculpture and a blown vessel, which will be yours to keep and treasure!

"We just finished our glassblowing course the other day and wanted to write to say what a fantastic time we had! Adam was very friendly and a great teacher for us to have for our first time ever working with glass. He was full of compliments, but we thought his skills and manner made the day! Thank you for a great afternoon!" John Terenzini."I was astonished at the insight it gave me into the material of glass itself." Caroline Swash.
"The right amount of time, the right amount of challenge, good explaining, fun, satisfaction at having made things." John Rockliff
